Well we usually go over a photograph as recieved and provide what is given by the author/source, however on the basis of your comment a detailed discussion was held with the author and the photo retitled to “Swelling due to repeated trauma-menace of hard floorings”. Thanks for the suggestion……
This is a carpal hygroma. reason is chronic pressure injury due to hard floor. Aspirate will be straw colored clear liquid. Donot use steroids, they dont work. Usually these can be left as it is cuz they dont affect mobility. If they grow in size n affect mobility , then surgical removal of cyst can be done.
