Editorial Policy
Clear authorship and review
Every medical article should identify its author, qualifications, reviewing veterinarian, registration, sources, and review date. Veterinary review must apply to the current version; substantive edits reopen the review.
Practical, understandable writing
We write for animal owners as well as professionals. We explain terms, distinguish evidence from experience, and do not publish unsupervised dosing instructions in public guidance.
Case reports and corrections
Case studies require practitioner approval and client consent where appropriate. Personal details are removed. Corrections should be sent through the contact form and recorded transparently.
Independence
Commercial relationships are disclosed. Advertising is visually separated from guidance, and sponsors do not determine clinical conclusions.
